Gentle Flow, Thursdays 10.30am

Yin Yoga, Fridays 9m

Sunset Yin, Thursdays 7pm

Yin/Yang Afternoon, Sundays 4pm

My classes are accessible and playful and always contain elements of breath, meditation and relaxation, weather it is a dynamic Hatha Yoga class, a slow paced Yin Yoga practice or a Yin/ Yang mix up. My schedule is pop-up style as I share my time between Malaysia and Norway and some other places too.
