Pop-up Classes in KL in September

You will find me in Damai Studio & Cafe on Tuesday mornings for Yin Yoga 9.00 - 10.15, filling in for Maria while she is away on 3, 10, 17 and 14 September. I am also covering Sally’s Thursday morning Yin Yoga sessions in Our Body Space 9.00 - 10.15am on 5, 12, 19, 26 September.

My classes are accessible and playful and always contain elements of breath, meditation and relaxation, weather it is a dynamic Hatha Yoga class, a slow paced Yin Yoga practice or a Yin/ Yang mix up. My schedule is pop-up style as I share my time between Malaysia and Norway and some other places too.
