Silence is essential. We need silence as much as we need air, just as much as plants need light. If our minds are crowded with words and thoughts, there is no space for us.

Regular class schedule in KL

Five Elements Yoga in Dedaun

Five Sunday afternoons, five Yin/ Yang Yoga routines. Each of them with the intention to tune in and align ourselves with the natural energy flow of one of the Elements of Life: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal.

Expect a playful, integrated and satisfying practice. Restful, deep, rejuvenating poses combined with warming, dynamic, fluid sequences.

Dragon Dance in Dedaun

The Dragon Dance practice, a blend of Indian and Taoist yoga, is a rhythmic, repetitive flow of energy, movement and stillness, which has a way of capturing the heart of everyone who breathes it’s fiery breath.

Lene loves sharing this playful and fiery practice, which is the design of Yin Yoga master Bernie Clark.

My classes are accessible and playful and always contain elements of breath, meditation and relaxation, weather it is a dynamic Hatha Yoga class, a slow paced Yin Yoga practice or a Yin/ Yang mix up. My schedule is pop-up style as I share my time between Malaysia and Norway and some other places too.
