My classes are accessible and playful and always contain elements of breath, meditation and relaxation, weather it is a dynamic Hatha Yoga class, a slow paced Yin Yoga practice or a Yin/ Yang mix up. My schedule is pop-up style as I share my time between Malaysia and Norway and some other places too.

My take on a perfect start to a summer morning: Yoga, morning swim, hot cup of coffee and a light breakfast in great company on the grounds of Halsnøy Abbey. Three mornings in July, reserve your space for one or all of the sessions.
