Current Schedule

I teach Integrative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama (breathing), Meditation and Yoga Nidra (relaxation). My classes are accessible and playful and always contain elements of breath, meditation and relaxation, wether it is a dynamic Hatha Yoga class, a slow paced Yin Yoga practice or a Yin/ Yang mix up. My schedule is pop-up style as I share my time between Malaysia and Norway and some other places too.
