In our Yang lifestyle, the most difficult thing can be to stop and be still. Yin Yoga trains us in the habit of slowing down, paying attention and listening to body and mind. The practice of Yin Yoga goes hand in hand with the practice of mindfulness and fine tunes our skills of being in the here and now. Learn more about Yin Yoga.

Lene is a certified Yoga instructor who loves to share how the practice of physical postures, breathing, meditation and relaxation re-conditions the body, mind and senses to experience a state of freedom and ease.
