Morning Yoga & Breakfast Club

My take on a perfect start to a summer morning: Yoga, morning swim, hot cup of coffee and a light breakfast in great company!


The practice is Hatha style, addressing core- and upper body strength, freedom of joints and movement from the spine. Integrated into this are breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation, cultivating lightness in body and stillness of mind. The practice is suitable for all levels, including those who are new to Yoga. 

The Yoga session runs from 08:00 – 09:30, followed by a refreshing (optional) dip in the fjord and breakfast.

Registration and payment is required to confirm your place (15 places available). Registration is required no later than 12pm the day before each class via the form below. In case of rain, the class will be moved indoor and registered participants are notified by SMS where to meet up. Let me know if you need to borrow a mat when you register. 

  • Yoga + Breakfast: NOK 250/ session

  • Yoga only: NOK 150


Lene is a certified Yoga instructor who loves to share how the practice of physical postures, breathing, meditation and relaxation re-conditions the body, mind and senses to experience a state of freedom and ease.
