My take on a perfect start to a summer morning: Yoga, morning swim, hot cup of coffee and a light breakfast in great company!
ABOUT THE MORNING YOGA SESSIONS
The practice is Hatha style, infused with longer held Yin Yoga poses. It addresses core- and upper body strength, freedom of joints and movement from the spine. Integrated into this are breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation, cultivating lightness in body and stillness of mind. The practice is suitable for all levels, including those who are new to Yoga.
The Yoga session runs from 08:00 – 09:30, followed by a refreshing (optional) dip in the fjord and breakfast.
REGISTRATION & COST
There are 15 spots available and registration and payment is required to confirm your place. Registration is required NO LATER THAN 12PM THE DAY BEFORE each class via the form below. In the case of rain, the class will be moved indoor and registered participants are notified by SMS where to meet up. Let me know if you need to borrow a mat when you register.
