ABOUT THE YIN/ YANG YOGA SESSIONS
The Yin/ Yang Yoga sessions combine passive and active postures with breathing techniques and meditation. The Yang parts of the session consist of warming, dynamic, fluid sequences which target muscle and blood, while the Yin parts of the session apply restful, deep, rejuvenating postures which target connective tissue (ligaments, tendons & fascia). The Yin/ Yang Yoga sessions are playful and a make a deep, integrated and satisfying practice.
The practice is suitable for all levels, including those who are new to Yoga.
REGISTRATION & COST
There are 15 spots available and registration and payment is required to confirm your place. The price for 3 x 90 minute sessions of yoga is NOK 350.You will receive payment instructions via email upon submitting your booking.
Drop-in might be available on individual days if the event is not fully booked or there are cancellations. Contact me to enquire about the opportunity to drop-in.
