About me

A certified Yoga Professional, experienced Management Consultant and Executive Coach, I identify as a facilitator of wellbeing. One of my motivations for training to become a Yoga Instructor in 2015, was to bring the benefits of Yogic strategies for wellbeing to the corporate world, defined and delivered in a business context.

I created KL Yoga Collective to support independent Yoga Professionals, like myself, to build and sustain a career that they love, while making Yoga and its benefits easily accessible to all.

I teach Integrative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama (breathing), Meditation and Yoga Nidra (relaxation). My classes are accessible and playful and always contain elements of breath, meditation and relaxation, wether it is a dynamic Hatha Yoga class, a slow paced Yin Yoga practice or a Yin/ Yang mix up. My schedule is pop-up style as I share my time between Malaysia and Norway and some other places too.

Starting as physical work-out many years ago, I now considers my Yoga practice a work-in and a wellbeing ritual. The practice of physical postures, breathing, meditation and relaxation re-conditions my body, mind and senses to experience a state of freedom and ease and is an invaluable source of self esteem, contentment, productivity, creativity and joy. As I continue to explore and share how Yogic practices and teachings offer effective strategies for health and wellbeing in everyday life, I have come to know that the more we feel empowered, at home and enough in ourselves, the better we and our relationships, families, communities and businesses thrive and are of value. In my Yoga sessions I invite you to explore for yourself what Yoga is to you and how it may offer effective strategies for you to maintain and restore your wellbeing.
