One of her motivations for becoming a certified Yoga Instructor in 2015, was to bring the benefits of Yogic strategies for wellbeing to the corporate world, defined and delivered in a business context.

Through executive and advisory roles that she has assumed during her career, Lene’s areas of expertise have come to include strategy and corporate development, business model design and innovation, business process management, operational excellence, product management, supply chain management, manufacturing, project management, change and transformation management and workshop design and facilitation.
She has worked with a wide range of industries on all organisational levels, from operational matters to board room decision making. Her modus operandi, regardless of the task at hand, is to design and facilitate work processes that are innovative, productive and fun, with clearly defined outcomes and strong sponsorship.

Lene holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from NHH, Norway. She is a certified (RYT200) Yoga Instructor and holds a Certificate of Higher Education, Complementary Health, Ayurveda from Middlesex University in London.
